What does it mean to be "mindful?" .... What does "mindfulness" look like in my life?
Create a problem list. What are your stressors? What are the things causing turmoil in your lives right now? Be as specific as possible. Is it just homework in general or one specific assignment? What about that assignment is troubling? Is it hard to complete a project that large? Is it hard to work in a group? Are these stressors interpersonal (happening within yourself - a feeling) or external (is someone else causing these stressors).
Think of one solution that could help tackle each of the problems on the list
How can practicing mindfulness help alleviate some of these stressors? For example, deep breathing, yoga, journaling .... come up with some ways to help you work through each of these stressors.
